Inconsire’s Mission
Our mission is to enhance global well-being by raising awareness and educating people through coaching, talks, and research shared in blog posts.
Awareness helps us define how we want to live and what we truly desire—but increasing awareness isn’t always easy. That’s why Inconsire exists.
Our approach is to establish a deeper understanding of how well-being and empowerment function, enabling individuals to take control of their personal growth and fulfillment.
Establishment of Well-being
We promote awareness in well-being by focusing on the six key sectors of a person’s life, as illustrated in the figure to the left.
The more these sectors support each other (e.g., having great colleagues at work while also enjoying your tasks), the stronger and more sustainable well-being we build.
Establishment of empowerment
Empowerment means “the ability to take control of and take responsibility for one’s own life and situation, for example, in relation to work, family, etc.”
Not everyone naturally feels inclined to take responsibility for their life, but many do want to. That’s why we offer “help to self-help”—guiding individuals toward greater independence and self-awareness.
We focus on managing emotional fluctuations that can arise when making changes to behavior and personality. Understanding and handling what triggers these emotional shifts is key to sustainable growth.
Change can be difficult if we don’t learn to navigate our emotions. When we step outside our comfort zone or face something unfamiliar, sudden emotional reactions may occur. We prevent and manage these reactions through practical tools and strategies.
As illustrated in the models below, our goal is to transition from the red model, which represents high emotional fluctuations, to the green model, which shows stable and balanced progress—achieved through an inside-out approach to understanding oneself.
The red model reflects a highly fluctuating emotional state. When our emotions swing too high and too low, we often lose control over our development and are more likely to revert to old routines and habits.
The green model represents a stable emotional state, where we have control over our feelings. When we manage our emotions effectively, it becomes easier to grow into the person we aspire to be and build a stronger sense of purpose in life.
CEO & founder
My name is Anders Højte. I am the CEO and founder of Inconsire. I created Inconsire out of my passion for personal development—something that was deeply inspired by both acting and my work in the healthcare sector.
For seven years, I pursued a career as an actor, and whenever there were no acting jobs, I worked as a pedagogical assistant in various institutions, from nurseries and kindergartens to residential facilities for young and elderly individuals with diagnoses ranging from anxiety to schizophrenia.
Although the majority of my professional life has been in healthcare, I also managed to work as an actor. However, when I started acting professionally, I began experiencing symptoms from a past depression that had taken a heavy toll on me. I had struggled with depression for three years, but every time I performed, I felt more complete. What truly made a difference, though, was attending drama school.
For me, acting school felt like therapy. With each passing day, I felt more and more healed from my symptoms. I started seeing acting not just as a profession, but as a form of therapy. When I finished drama school, I asked myself:
“How can I help others feel the way I do now?”
I had found an inner peace—a state I had never experienced before. All of my depressive symptoms disappeared, and I haven’t felt mentally unwell since.
This is the mission of Inconsire: To help people find inner peace and feel comfortable in their own body and mind.
