There are many different forms of coaching. If you need clarity or want to adjust certain aspects of your life, we can certainly explore those. The type of coaching we practice is primarily transformative coaching.
Transformative coaching works by raising awareness of how you can be in control. We focus on creating deep and lasting changes in your life. The goal is to facilitate a transformation in your thoughts, behavior, and worldview so that you can create a life you find meaningful.

Through dialogue, reflection, and exercises, we work with you to increase awareness of existing thought patterns and help you identify alternative, more supportive ways of thinking and acting.

If we are unable to listen to others or try out the recommendations we receive, we won’t be able to work together.
Coaching only works if we are willing to try what our coach suggests.
Change demands a lot from us, but through meaningful conversations, it will happen—and it will provide you with tools you can use for the rest of your life.
Action, Responsibility, and Commitment Are Essential
Once we have identified a problem—or multiple problems—it is crucial to take action and take responsibility for our choices.
